Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use Disability Recovery Center, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you complete the Disability Recovery Assessment we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, state of residence, and answers about your situation, condition, and history.
We also collect basic technical information automatically (browser, device type, IP address) to keep the site secure and improve performance.
How we use your information
We use your information to evaluate your responses, determine whether any recovery pathways may be a fit, and — with your consent — route your information to appropriate participating providers, representatives, or recovery partners who may be able to help.
We may also contact you about your submission, respond to your questions, and improve our service.
Who we share information with
With your consent, we share relevant intake details with participating providers, attorneys, representatives, or partners within our trusted network so they can follow up with you about possible next steps.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may opt out of marketing contact at any time by replying STOP to any text message, unsubscribing from email, or contacting us. You may request that we delete the information you submitted.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
