Terms of Use
Last updated: January 2026
By using Disability Recovery Center you agree to these terms. They explain what we do, what we don't do, and the basics of how this service works.
What we are
Disability Recovery Center is a consumer-facing recovery navigation resource. We help individuals understand whether disability, legal, medical, and financial recovery pathways may be available to them and, with consent, route them to participating partners.
What we are not
Disability Recovery Center is not a law firm, medical provider, government agency, lender, or benefits administrator. Submitting the assessment does not create an attorney-client relationship.
We do not guarantee approval, benefits, funding, compensation, legal representation, medical outcomes, or any specific recovery result. Each situation is evaluated individually.
Using the assessment
The assessment is a free, voluntary intake. You agree to provide accurate information. We rely on the information you submit to evaluate possible pathways and to route you to appropriate participating partners.
Third-party partners
Participating providers, attorneys, representatives, and partners are independent. They set their own terms, fees, and engagement processes, which they will explain directly to you.
Intellectual property
The Disability Recovery Center name, logo, content, and design are protected. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disability Recovery Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page.
