TCPA & Contact Disclosure
Last updated: January 2026
When you submit the Disability Recovery Assessment, you give us — and the partners we may route you to — permission to contact you about your inquiry. Here is exactly what that means.
What you consent to
By checking the consent box on the assessment, you agree to be contacted by Disability Recovery Center and its participating partners at the phone number, email, and/or physical address you provide.
Contact may include phone calls, text messages (SMS), and email — including messages that are auto-dialed or pre-recorded — at the number you provide, even if it is registered on a federal, state, or internal do-not-call list.
Consent is not required to receive services
Your consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can request information without agreeing to be contacted by auto-dial or pre-recorded message.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How to opt out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can unsubscribe from email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message. You can opt out of phone contact by telling the caller, or by contacting us directly.
Records
We retain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by applicable law.
